Testing Information
ACT One of two college admissions tests, usually taken in the spring of the junior year and fall of the senior year. Students must register on the ACT website. CHS does not provide this test, students must take this independently.
AP (Advanced Placement) AP tests allow students the opportunity to receive college credit for advanced high school work. Students register to take the tests in the spring of the year they are taking an AP class. PSAT Provided to all freshmen and sophomores in April. Results include an estimated SAT score.
SAT One of two college admissions tests, provided to all juniors in the spring. Any other time a student wants to take the exam, they must register on the College Board website.
