CURRENT STUDENTS
If you are a current CHS student and need your transcript for college applications, scholarships, or personal records; the only official way to request transcripts is through Parchment. You will initially need to establish a secure personal account using a valid personal email address. If you have trouble establishing or entering a Parchment account, use their Contact Us link for assistance. CHS is not able to assist you in navigating the Parchment website. Transcript orders are free until you graduate. The Student Services office will not send any transcripts.

Transcripts for former CHS students are processed through Parchment. Parchment may charge a fee per transcript, which must be paid via a credit/debit card at the time of the request. To request a transcript, go to Parchment.com. You will initially need to establish a secure personal account using a valid email address. Requests are usually processed within five business days.
